Terms of Service
These terms govern the supply of goods by Velsorie to consumers through velsorie.com. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them first. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who we are
Velsorie is a trading name of EKAURA LTD (company number 17046566), with its registered office at 114 Rushgrove Avenue, London, United Kingdom, NW9 6RD. You can contact us at support@velsorie.com or on +44 1545 379066. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom, and returns are sent to our returns address in the United Kingdom, which we confirm when you contact us.
Ordering and formation of contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket. We'll email an order confirmation acknowledging your order; this is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. In that case we'll tell you and refund any payment already taken in full.
Product descriptions
We try to display products, including colours and fabric details, as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee your screen shows the exact colour, and slight variations may occur between batches.
Pricing and errors
Prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. We take reasonable care to publish correct prices, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you to let you confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund of any payment taken.
Payment
Your payment method is authorised when you place your order and you are charged when your order is processed, securely at checkout through the payment methods shown there, processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We don't store your full card details. See our Payment Policy.
Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on every order, UK and international, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, with UK delivery typically 3–5 working days after dispatch and international delivery typically 10–20 working days after dispatch. Customers outside the UK are responsible for import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. See our Shipping Policy.
Your right to cancel
As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. We also offer a separate voluntary 30-day returns window with its own conditions that never limit your legal rights. Faulty goods
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Contact us and we'll resolve it promptly at our cost.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to this, we are liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, or for business losses, as we sell only to consumers.
Intellectual property
The content on our website, including our name, logo, product photography, designs and written content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with your order or our service, contact us at support@velsorie.com first and we'll try to resolve it promptly. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal or regulatory reasons or to reflect changes in our practices. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
